Miss Pakistan was invited as a guest speaker and Education Mentor for the organization Pakathon DC for their Global Hackathon. Sarish Khan previously worked with USAID and UK DFID on an education crisis project in Karachi, Pakistan and therefore, was chosen as the Education Mentor to offer guidance to the theirs for their education platforms.
PakathonDC aims to bring together some of the smartest minds in DC to tackle issues in Pakistan and provide them with a platform to become change-makers in our community.
Their global flagship event is the three-day Hackathon that takes place across all of their chapters and university locations at the same time. A Hackathon is an event where individuals from a wide range of professional backgrounds intensively collaborate to launch a venture.
