Rules of the Contest
Rules for Miss Pakistan
- The Applicant must be 18 years and above.
- The Applicant must be Pakistani.
- The applicant uses the prefix ‘Miss'(or equivalent) before her name.
- The contestant must be in the host city during the duration of the National Pageant.
- Each Contestant must pay a fee of $500, only if chosen as a finalist, which is nonrefundable.
- The Applicant is a natural born female.
- The Applicant is not/has not been married and has never had a marriage annulled or never given birth to a child; is not now pregnant nor a parent.
- All participants must bring suitable and appropriate wardrobe to include: Two evening gown (must be floor length), Traditional Outfit, Interview outfit of choice, Casual clothing, (for personal use, Semi-Formal cocktail dress or business attire, suitable shoes and accessories)
- The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
- The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk.
- Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate.
- Incorrect information given will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
- The organizers have the right to exhibit, distribute, display, transmit, perform, publish, promote, and publicize information/photographs for any purpose in any format or media whatsoever.
- All Photographs submitted by the contestant/titleholder will become the property of Miss Pakistan U.S.A. Inc.
- The contestant must be prompt and on time for every event. Judges will be notified of any tardiness and will be asked to take that into consideration when balloting. Remember you are participating for a job which carries responsibilities.
- Contestant agrees and understands that the pageant has only one winner.
- Contestant understands that the judge’s decision is final.
- Miss Pakistan U.S.A. Inc. reserves all the rights for this pageant.
- Miss Pakistan U.S.A. Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any contestant that behaves in an Inappropriate manner.
- The date of the event can be subject to change but the applicants will be notified beforehand.
- Miss Pakistan U.S.A. Inc. reserves the right to remove from the contest without notice any delegate who in the organizer’s opinion jeopardizes the security of other delegates, their possessions, misses rehearsals or official functions, or is a bad influence on the smooth running of the event. Candidate will have to pay the costs that we have spent on them, for example, the hotel accommodation, internal transportation and food and accommodation before departure.

- The Applicant is not/has not been married and has never had a marriage annulled.
- All participants must bring suitable and appropriate wardrobe to include: Formal wear; Traditional Outfit(s); Interview outfit of choice; Casual clothing; (for personal use, Semi-Formal business attire, suitable shoes, and accessories).
